There are less than 2 weeks left to apply for your PAP (Protected Area Permit), which is mandatory for all foreign attendees of the Jangchup Lamrim Teachings.

(A PAP is required for all foreign visitors to Bylakuppe, even if your accommodation is not within Bylakuppe. Indian citizens and Tibetan R.C. holders are not required to have a PAP to visit Bylakuppe unless you have a foreign passport.)
