(A PAP – Protected Area Permit – is mandatory for all foreign attendees of the Jangchup Lamrim Teachings even if your accommodation is not within Bylakuppe. Indian citizens and Tibetan R.C. holders are not required to have a PAP to visit Bylakuppe unless you have a foreign passport.)
