If you have not already done so, please apply now for your mandatory PAP (Protected Area Permit).
The teachings are just over 4 months away and PAP applications can take 4+ months to process, so please apply for your PAP immediately.
To ensure quicker processing, write exactly the following on your PAP application form line 15 (purpose of visit): “H.H. Dalai Lama’s Teachings JL4”

(A PAP is required for all foreign visitors to Bylakuppe, even if your accommodation is not within Bylakuppe. Indian citizens and Tibetan R.C. holders are not required to have a PAP to visit Bylakuppe unless you have a foreign passport.)
