Registration location 21 DECEMBER & LATER: Entrance Pass Booth in Gaden Monastery (near Gaden Jangtse Library)
PLEASE NOTE: The Settlement Office and Entrance Pass Booth are not the same as the Jangchup Lamrim Teaching Organizing Committee Office. The Committee can not make the pass for you.
Registration time: Currently approx 9am-1pm & 2-5pm daily
Required documents (they will keep these):
- photocopy of your passport identity page (Note for Indian citizens: you must give a photocopy of photo i.d. with address proof, such as driver’s license or voter’s i.d. PAN card without address proof is not sufficient)
- photocopy of your PAP
- photocopy of your Indian visa
- two passport-size photos
You may ask someone (Tibetan, Indian or foreigner) to register in person on your behalf. They will need to give your documents listed above. Members of a group do not need to complete the in-person registration together. Each group member may register individually, and/or one member of the group may register for other members of the group (if they have the above documents).
Note: No one will be permitted to enter the teaching venue without a security entrance pass.
