No one will be permitted to enter the teaching venue without a security entrance pass. In order to make this pass, all attendees must register in person in Mundgod Tibetan Settlement with the following documents:
- photocopy of your passport identity page (Indian citizens must give a photocopy of photo i.d. with address proof, such as driver’s license or voter’s i.d.; a PAN card without address proof is not sufficient)
- photocopy of your PAP
- photocopy of your Indian visa
- two passport-size photos
Registration location: Doeguling Tibetan Settlement Office in Camp 3, which is a village on the road between Gaden and Drepung Monasteries. PLEASE NOTE: the Pass Registration Office is NOT the same as the Jangchup Lamrim Teaching Organizing Committee Office. The Committee can not make the pass for you; you must visit the Settlement Office in Camp 3.
